We are going to rent out our property by mid September maybe sooner. This ranch has a beautiful view of the mountains and its about 2 miles away from the main road which is Caliente Creek Rd. If you have small children, we have a locate school "Puite Mountain", they have classes from Pre K through 8th grade. The teachers their are amazing! The bus picks the children up by Back Canyon Rd and Caliente Creek Rd. and they also get dropped off there. We allow dogs and cats and chickens on the property. We do not allow horses, cows, goats nor bulls (any animals that can drink thousands of gallons of water) Our well isn't made for that. We will need the first months rent ($1,500.00 and deposit $1,500.00) deposit can vary on credit. $35.00 credit report per person over the age of 18 years, non-refundable. We have 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and upstairs bathroom is a half. Every year before June 1st, you will be responsible to remove any brush on the property, as the fire department will be inspecting property for fire hazard. We have cleaned up this year already.
