The pictures are older, all the wood work throughout the house is now a beach white with all new hardware. Everything is as is. The tanning bed will stay with the house as well as any furniture you would like to inquire about. all carpets in the house will need to be replaced as they are old and worn. 2 new addl window units have been added to keep the house cool no matter where you are. It needs some work but for 45k it's worth it!
