The home is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one bathroom is off of the garage on the lower level). There is one king bed in the master and queen beds in the two other bedrooms as well as a desk setup in one of the bedrooms. Neighborhood is full time residents (no short term rentals allowed), so must be a quiet, respectful person. No parties, large gatherings, etc allowed. More than 2 verbal warnings can result in immediate termination of the lease. Pets allowed on a case by case basis and a pet deposit will be required. There is a 2 car garage and room for 2 more cars outside the garage. Snow removal is tenants responsibility and it must be maintained as it is a shared driveway. All other utilities included (cable/internet, trash, gas and electric). Monthly cleaning will be provided at owners expense. No smoking of any kind allowed. Security deposit, first and last month rent due at signing of the lease. Non refundable $250 cleaning deposit due.
