I am moving to Ft. Lauderdale after this semester to do an internship, and I need to find a sub-letter for my room in the apartment! The lease would be from when you would move in (at earliest- December) through the summer. I had the master bedroom (bathroom connected), and there is one other (female) roommate and then an open room. A female roommate is preferred, but not required. It is a spacious apartment with washer, dryer, dishwasher, and central AC in unit. Close to Tennessee street for convenience, and the drive to Florida State University is about 10 minutes. Dogs are not allowed currently, but cats are allowed with a $200 deposit. Landlord (Holloway Property Management) is flexible and understanding. The lease is renewable for the next school year after this Spring's lease, as well. Anyone taking over the lease would have to go through Holloway Property's rental application and be approved.
