I'm basically looking for someone to sign a new lease so I can opt out of my lease early and purchase a house with my girlfriend. I moved into this apartment complex in September 2017 and have been extremely happy with my experience here. The rent is only $580/month for a 12 month lease or $630/month for a 6 month lease...This is $200/month CHEAPER than any other apartment you'll find this close to Grandview. Insulation is ubelievable which means gas and electric have always been super cheap. Also, they allow you to have a cat or a small dog for only $35/month. My apartment is on the upper floor so you won't have to worry about noise and you get a decent view. Neighbors are friendly and you never have to worry about finding a parking spot close to the apartment. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues you have.
