During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as Seven Eagles Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park, Homestead Pool, Wading Pool and Spa, Carriage Pointe Pool and Spa, Heritage Crossing's two Pools, Wading Pool and Spa, The Terraces Pool, Spa, Gazebo and Pavilion, Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park, and Grand Traverse Parkway Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center. Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will only grant access to the CDD amenities listed above. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full-time residents, so drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, just outside the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are available. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, contact us immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
