2021 Gulf Stream 36 foot camper on Cherokee lake. Two slides, living room and main bedroom. It is on the lake as pictured. This is a park model bunkhouse. The camper has a full roof over with a 12’ x 36’ deck and comes with deck furniture, storage shed, dual gas charcoal grill, electric smoker and outdoor shower. A few upgrades inside and new (much better) Air conditioner with a remotely accessible thermostat. It comes with a 72 foot deck that has fish habitats built along its right side that extend 20’ past the end of the dock. Feel free to ask questions, I’m sure I missed details. The price is firm (no offers please) as it would most definitely cost a lot more than 50k to re do it, if you could find a place like this. The owner of the park must approve the new owners. The camper is not in the park and you could, if you chose to, live in the camper. I never have but the quiet time in the winter and hunting geodes has been one of my favorite things to do. My health has slid to the point where I can’t keep up with it anymore and I’m not spending much time there because of it.
