Inside, the formal living and dining room are to your right, and straight ahead down the hall is the family room. The living room features a desk with an office chair and a sofa bed. The dining room has a beautiful large farm table with two benches and two chairs. Just off the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with an extra dining table and four chairs. The laundry room and garage are just off the kitchen. In the family room, you will find another sofa bed, two armchairs, and a large Smart TV. The fireplace in this room is not functional but adds charm to the home. The 3 bedrooms are to the left of the entrance. The master bedroom has two full-size beds and an ensuite bathroom with plenty of cabinet and storage space and a stand-up shower. The second full bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The other two bedrooms have a king-size bed in one and a full bed plus a twin over twin bunk in the other room. Out back, there is a large deck with a bistro set and grill. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
