Use of Shared laundry downstairs. Absolutely NO smoking. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. At $1200 a month rent (which includes utilities), that's $40.00 a day, or less than HALF of the $100 or more a night that local hotels normally charge. The location is Seneca, in Pinnacle Pointe, a pride-of-ownership, lakefront community with homes in the $500K-$1M range. For any lease shorter than 3 months, state mandated lodging tax of 10% will be charged. Minimum stay 4 days.
