Hardwood floors and ample storage space throughout. $1300/month for one resident, $1400 for two residents (includes utilities). The apartment has a year-long lease that runs from July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026 with the option for renewal. First/last month rent and security deposit required upon signing the lease. There is central air/heat, reserved off-the-street parking with snow removal, washer and dryer in the basement, and a large shared porch and backyard. No smoking and no pets, please.
