Partially remodeled 3 bedroom apartment on first floor. Access to a large backyard, washer and dryer hookup in basement. Renter responsible for gas, electric and cable/wifi. Currently there is only street parking but there may be off street parking in the near future. Small dogs and cats allowed provided they are not too noisy and renter cleans any pet waste from the yard . There is a strick no smoking policy inside the house. Edit: Please be advised that the property is not currently set up for section 8. There will be a $50 monthly fee for pets. I do apologize for not being able to respond immediately.
