The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a walk-in shower, the second bedroom has a queen bed with a tub and shower, the third bedroom has two double beds with a half bath, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Pet friendly, up to a maximum of two, with a fee of $100 for each pet. No smoking or vaping on the property. No parties, events, or guests not on the booking. No firearms or weapons. Landscapers access the property once a week to maintain the green space. Trash can goes out Monday and Thursday morning and should be kept inside the garage when not in use.
