2nd and 3rd Bedroom have shoddy electrical work on the fans. Exposed wires and a fire hazard. Work was done by a handyman not a professional electrician. Both rooms also have a water leak by the windows and has mold and water stains on the roof. A weight bearing wall was cut down and modified in order to fit a bigger fridge. It was not done by a professional and probably needs to be redone. The 2nd Bathroom also has a water leak by the toilet and toilet sometimes floods the bathroom. The laminate floor has holes and patches. there are gaps between the laminate floor and the walls. The Air Conditioning is on it's last leg and it uses the old and expensive freon gas so you will need to replace it soon. The drain usually clogs and floods the ducts and the downstairs neighbor and need to be constantly be flushed. The Air Ducts have many holes and have been perforated by rottens or critters. If you turn on the AC you are pushing the dust in the attic inside of the condo. The entire living room has popcorn ceiling that is peeling off. The Dining room has a water leak behind the wall and the paint bubbles every once in awhile.. There is mold and mildew behind the walls that needs to be treated. All the tile areas need to re grouted since there are many parts where there is no grout at all. The Master Shower has extensive water damage and water leaks to the downstairs neighbor. The entire shower need to be replaced because of water damage mold under the shower. Carpets are about 10-15 years old and are falling apart. The carpet, tile and laminate often have gaps of missing carpet. Good luck with this piece of crap condo..
