Optional rentals include super light, durable backpack-style beach chairs and custom golf carts available through the Guest Portal at booking. Public parking is available for about $10 per day. Located off Glenn's Bay Road, a golf cart-legal road with a 30 MPH speed limit, The Retreat at Glenn's Bay is just 2 minutes from downtown Surfside, offering delicious eateries and nightlife. The new Surfside Pier, with its restaurants, ice cream shops, retail, and public beach access, is just a mile beyond. Three grocery stores, including Piggly Wiggly, are within a 10-minute drive and accessible by golf cart. Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property. Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 8, including children, as per fire code. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. Each unit has one parking space, with additional parking available in overflow areas.
