The Twin bedroom has 2 Twin beds and closet space next to the shared bath. The open loft in the living room has a Queen bed. The bonus bedroom has 2 more beds, game tables, full bathroom and kitchenette. This room is great for kids of all ages! All of the linens are included for you with plenty of extras. The entire garage is available for you and can easily hold all of your ski gear as well as 1 large vehicle. Full laundry room. Recently updated paint and new carpet. Access to the Tahoe Donner amenities (not including daily fees) like the Trout Creek Rec Center is available with one-time $75 transfer fee. We are looking for a seasonal Tenant for Dec 1-April 30, 2026. $5500/month + monthly utilities (Southwest Gas, TDPUD Water/electric and Optimum Internet) There is also a one time fee of $1300 for driveway snow removal.
