This is a six-month rental intended for the months of November through April. The owner will return to reside in this location in May so this is a firm six months only. Utilities will be paid by the owners, but will be capped at a certain amount at which point the renter will be responsible for the overage. No pets are allowed. maximum of two people residing in the unit. No ski or snowboarding equipment allowed inside. No smoking any anywhere on the property, inside or outside. No parties or large gatherings. There are cameras outside both exit doors and this will be closely monitored as the comfort of our neighbors is important. This is a downstairs unit.
