Tenants are billed a flat rate of 250.00 for water/sewer/trash/electricity/gas and lawn care. Tenants will need to get a PO BOX (paid for by owner),there is no mail service available for this unit. We are not allowing any pets unless required by law. If a tenant or an occupant has an ESA or Service animal, we require a letter, not more than 5 years old, from your local doctor saying the animal is required. We require prospective tenants to complete an application at the cost of $48.95 per person 18 and older that would be living there. Public Records: We will evaluate court records for charges, convictions, warrants, judgments, and evictions. 4. Credit History: We will look at your credit balance, collections, and overall history of paying debt. If a co-signer is needed/wanted they will also need to complete an application, provide documentation of making a minimum of four times the amount of rent plus own a home in Snohomish County and pre-approved surrounding areas.
