Completly remodeld only 2 years ago! Everything is only 2 years old: roof, electical, plumbing, heat and air, cabinets, counter tops, carpet, tub, and windows! Stormdoors on front and back door are only a year old. Large area in back for gardening, pets, or a child. Attic is great storage area. Great for a single, single parent, or couple. Great for a pet! It clean and move in ready!!! You wouldn't have to do anything except decorate and make it your own!!! Neighborhood Description Houses around the area are older. There are children on who live on the street and "roam" the neighboorhood at times. I have never had any issues with any of them and in fact have had the older boy across the mow the lawn for me (he does a great job!) Everyone is extremly nice and helpful. Some my say that area of town is "bad" but I seriously NEVER had any issues at all! Once again, I know pratically all the neighboors on that street most are singles, newly married couples with a child, or people who have lived there for 10+ years. I did research on the area before buying and I really didn't find much didn't find much differnce in crime activity in that area as I did some area further south. But I encourge you to do you own reasearch. I was a single young lady living at that location and always felt perfectly safe.
