Even though it is inside the city it has a little piece of the country feel.The house is less than 10 minutes from the Beach. You have access to many schools public and private. Easy access to many grocery stores, banks and places to eat. Within 5 minutes of 3 Starbucks 3 Wal Marts and 6 grocery stores but it does not feel like you are surrounded by all these places.
