It is a quiet neighborhood with only 11 houses on our street. It is a dead end road so no through traffic.The lot is 100 feet wide and 125 feet deep. Even though it is inside the city it has a little piece of the country feel.The house is less than 10 minutes from the Beach. You have access to many schools public and private. Easy access to many grocery stores, banks and places to eat. Within 5 minutes of 3 Starbucks 3 Wal Marts and 6 grocery stores but it does not feel like you are surrounded by all these places.
