The renter is responsible for bills $250 per month. No smoking is allowed inside the unit. This is a horse property with horses and other livestock that is separate from the yard but on the property. Renter's insurance is not required but recommended. Asking for a minimum of 12-month lease will accept longer. The tenant is responsible for taking out trash cans on Monday nights.
