Great close up views of the Foothills mountains from LR!! Terrific location within the Sundance RV Resort for active 55+ adults. Background checks for all residents and it’s a super safe location resort. Upscale amenities with down to earth people in a close knit community. The resort’s 600 units makes for a super friendly environment. The monthly fee covers all utilities except for electricity, and tons of amenities and activities. Clubhouse amenities include a fitness center, beauty shop and nails, massage, a well equipped sewing room, cards room, laundry machines, large pool complex surrounded with palm trees and greenery giving it a tropical look and a giant jacuzzi. The huge event center is where large concerts open to the public and themed dinner/dancing with live music, bingo, etc. take place. Other events include regular live music poolside and Happy Hours. Activities include pickle ball and line dancing and couples dancing lessons. Also, two daily water aerobics classes, billiards, pool volleyball, ping pong, bocce ball, talent show, funny contests, shuffleboard, horse shoes, numerous games such as various card games and corn hole, softball team, golfing leagues and tournaments, church service, choir, Bible study, quilting….something for everyone! This park model is one of the nicest within the resort due to being color coordinated throughout, having the same beautiful wood flooring throughout and it’s sought after features like washer/dryer, gas stove in LR for cool mornings, ceiling fans in the LR and bedroom, nice backsplash, pantry, extra large sink (can fit cookie sheets in it), and lots of space for entertaining. The bedroom is unusual in the resort with a large walk in closet, tons of built in drawers and cabinets. The exterior has the sought after cement patio and driveway along with pavers for easiest maintenance. Plus a good sized shed with electric and hidden drying rack. There’s an exterior door to the bathroom for guests’ convenience. And there’s a nice, large water feature in front with lights. Exterior has been washed and washed 1-2 times per year. Everything works!! The A/C was just inspected with a written report that it’s in good working order. Great location in park due to being super close to the clubhouse, short walk to dog agility park, can’t see or hear freeway, just three doors down to garbage and recycling bins (plus the mountain view) and on a quieter street during peak season.
