When I look through those windows at night I feel like I'm on a ship sailing over the City. The (approx) 17 x 12 Bedroom has big casement windows as well, so you'll enjoy sweeping views South and West of the Harlem River, Inwood Hill Park, and Columbia's sports Field. The Kitchen has a Dishwasher, lots of Cabinets, good Counter space and a separate good-sized Dining Area. The Bathroom has also been upgraded, but you'll still have the deep, original Cast Iron Tub. I guess you can tell I really like this apartment. Beautiful random-link Hardwood Floors throughout. Architecturally distinctive Elevator Art-Deco bldg. Smart-card Laundry on premises. Full-time Super and Porter, DOG AND PET-FRIENDLY BLDG. Be close to Target, 5 Supermarkets and a $10-a-month fitness center. Fall out of bed and into the Metro North Hudson Line (20 Min to Grand Central) or walk 2 short blocks to the very reliable 1 Train--get downtown faster than you might think.
