This is a 55 and older community. In order to be eligible for this affordable housing unit (which is deed-restricted), you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing. Income limits are $45,640 for one person and $52,160 for a two-person. Triad Associates has been designated by Hainesport Township to act as the program Administrative Agent to qualify and assist home buyers through the application process.
