The unit has a garage which you as the roommate will have use of during snowstorms so you don't have to clean your car. It is a very quiet, safe location that is a 1 minute drive to either the Merit or 95. The price is $1000 all inclusive. It was recently remodeled and it will be receiving a few more updates such as a large wall-mounted TV and a microwave. If you don't have much stuff, that's fine, you can use all mine. The condo is split into 2 "levels", one is the main living area and the other is the finished basement. This ad is for the upstairs area seen in the pictures. New, navy carpet in the bedroom is going to happen soon. I would like someone who works days since I work nights. First, last, security required to move in - that's $3,000.
