This five bedroom house was originally constructed in 1910 and has been extensively updated with modern efficiencies and energy saving additions. All windows and siding have been replaced after insulating exterior walls, adding plywood sheathing and a vapor barrier house wrap. We used Low-E vinyl windows and long-lasting fiber cement siding/cornice. The roof was replaced using galvanized corrugated metal roofing.
