Dear Santa, All I want for Christmas is a home with an open first floor plan with a new kitchen with white cabinets, glass tile backsplash, quartz countertops and an island, a dining room, a fireplaced living room, a family room and a mudroom. I also want three bedrooms, one and a half new bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout. I have to have central air conditioning, an updated furnace and a full basement that I can finish. Outside, I want vinyl siding, a garage, a lovely deck and a fenced in level yard. My new house has to be within walking distance to the elementary schools, Cunningham Park and East Milton Square. Milton is my priority as the town offers acres of conservation land and my family loves taking hikes, skiing and swimming at Houghton's Pond. Oh and I have to think about accessibility to Boston.
