I'm looking for a sublet for Coddington- Hudson Pl studio for the school year 2021-22 (August 1, 2021 - July 29, 2022) It's less than a 5-10 min walk to Ithaca College campus, has laundry on site, utilities (water, electricity, trash removal) are included and free off-street parking. The apartment is located behind IC Facilities buildings (Mail Services center, Public and Safety, Warehouse), route 96B and Sunset Grill restaurant. Monthly rent will be $750/ month (you need to pay security deposit and last month rent directly to me before moving in because I already paid those amounts) . All other legal contracts will be provided by the landlord . Due to some unexpected changes in my plan, I cannot stay there after signing my lease. I have never stayed in the studio; thus, it will be empty (there won't be any personal stuffs stored) and clean before you move in. Also, I can leave cooking supplies and few furniture (large plastic box with lid, plastic storage, printer, hangers, organizer ) if you want when I move out of my current apartment. . edu for more information
