I've been living here 5+ years and really liked the location, quietness, and neighborhood [currently work remotely but commuted to kendall square]. I tend to bike everywhere, specially in the Spring/Summer/Fall days due to its proximity yet easy access to I-93 as well. If you are a young professional moving to the city, this will be an ideal place for you (bonus if you bike, as you can bike all over the city from here). You are also close to the Red line (Davis or Porter, ~20min walk or 5-10 minutes biking) or the new incoming Green lines stations ( ~10mins walk). Location provides a deeded parking spot, no application broker's fees (only application fee ~$40 directly through a third party application) but includes first and deposit rent.
