Dogs allowed with $150 non-refundable pet deposit and an additional $15 per pet per month. Washer and dryer not provided. Both upstairs and downstairs have fully functional refrigerators. We are happy to leave those, but should they break, tenant responsible for acquiring new fridge. If tenant has own refrigerator, we will remove the current ones.
