Windom Apartments are located in a quiet, country setting on the edge of town. All utilities are included in rent. Windom Apartments offers various types of units including market rate, Housing Tax Credit (HTC) units, and subsidized units. The HTC program offers lowered rent amounts. An application fee of $35/adult and a security deposit equal to the first month of rent are due at the time of application. We also offer subsidized units.
