The primary suite has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub. The second and third bedrooms are connected by an adjoining door - the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third room has a full sized bed. There is a second full bath with a shower and a washroom off the living room. There is also a loft TV nook than can convert to a queen bed. Asio is one-mile from downtown/Pearl Street Mall, as well as several trailheads. It is even closer to shops, cafes, banks, a pub, a pharmacy, and a boutique Whole Foods grocery store. Amenities include high-speed fiber-optic Wifi (the fastest wifi available), Direct TV, gas fireplace, gas stove and washer/dryer. Utilities, Wifi and Direct TV included. No smoking. Pets negotiable with additional pet deposit of $500. Plenty of street parking. You must carry renters insurance.
