Docks on Fifth has floating concrete docks and water and electric is included with your association dues. The slip allows for 34' in total length with a 12'7" total width. Parking access through a gated entry and individual docks are key access only. Amenities include full-time Dockmaster on site, Air Conditioned lounge with restrooms, and ice available for purchase. Docks on Fifth is one of the few marinas that allows floating lifts, so if keeping your boat out of the water when not in use is important, this is the place for you!
