There is a 2nd refrigerator in the laundry area if you need it. The woodstove in the living room is not practical for primary heat, but nice to have for a cozy winter evening. Covered woodshed accessed from the living room. Firewood is not included but can be arranged for by the owner. Heat and Air conditioning via Mini Splits, also a Monitor Stove on site. The Living room and the office have a view of the water spillway as it exits the pond into Emery Creek. Rent rates: $3000 per month.
