You'll stay in one of three main-floor bedrooms a furnished private room with a bathroom and laundry just across the hall. You will be sharing the home with the owner, Sonya. Shared spaces include an open-concept kitchen with abundant counter space and cabinets, a vaulted-ceiling living room with fireplace and TV, a dining area, and both front and back decks for relaxing throughout the day. The south-facing deck is perfect for morning coffee or sunset views, and at night you'll be treated to dark skies and incredible stargazing.
Amenities include fast Starlink Wi-Fi, high-quality well water, and a septic system. Storage is available for your personal belongings. We're a friendly, drug-free home shared with three large, affectionate dogs who make excellent couch snugglers. No smoking, vaping, or 420 use is allowed.
The back portion of our property is zoned for equine use, making it ideal for horse lovers. The location offers direct access to trails and wilderness just steps away, with national forest, lakes, and streams surrounding the area. You're 30 minutes from Buffalo Creek and Kenosha Pass ideal for mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, or gold-medal trout fishing.
