Zillow shows 2 units at our address; however, it is a wonderful single family 2 story house although it looks like a one story. It slopes down in the back. We have totally updated the home since purchasing it in 2013. Its "open concept" includes the living, dining and kitchen area. The views of Lake Michigan from the deck outside the living/dining room sliding door is phenomenal without paying taxes being on the waterfront. Also, as the living area and master bedroom face West we see wonderful sunsets over the lake.
