Confirmation Fee: $50 (non-refundable) Time of Move-in Costs - $150 Onboarding and one time full service cleaning of your space at time of move-out cleaning. - First Months Rent - Security Deposit Balance. The security deposit is equal to one-month-of-rent. You pay the balance of your Security Deposit when you move-in if you have paid a $500 Holding Deposit. Refundable at time of move out. Housekeeper: Weekly cleaning of your apartment's common areas. Roommate management: From paying the bills to cleaning, we make sure are the essentials run smoothly. Bundled Rent: All this is included. Utilities: water, electricity, gas, trash, business class internet/wi-fi, tv, light bulbs. At Newport Place you pay a bundled rental rate. This allows you to avoid utility company credit checks and security deposits. We take care of everything, so keeping to your monthly housing budget is simple.
