We are three young professionals now looking for a 4th person to complete our beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom row house in the perfectly placed house in Columbia Heights. The available room is a large room with wonderful morning and early afternoon light, with a large, double door closet. The house is located an eight minute walk from the Columbia Heights metro station. There is a w/d unit in the house. Utilities run between $80-100/person. Rent would be $956 and is available starting July 27. The house comes with a lovely porch and back yard with deck, as well as one parking space in the back, perfect if you have your own vehicle. We are looking for someone who will fit the current roommates' personalities: a young professional who is cleanly and respectful of others space and belongings. In normal conditions the housemates are busy and have varied schedules of activities and being outside, now we have picked up gardening and cooking more often. The house will be resigning the lease on September 1 so we are looking for someone who is interested in resigning for a 12 month lease.
