Live on the waterfront! We have a wonderful compact rural studio apartment available on our serene lake (electric motors only). It is on lake level with a separate entrance but our home is open to you. The apartment in furnished and has everything you need including range refrigerator microwave toaster coffee pot dishes pots and pans and a small supply of utensils. There is a 32- inch flat screen television with DVD player full bath with shower and tub and a full-sized Murphy bed with memory foam mattress. Washer and dryer are available for your use. There are numerous small boats for your use including two paddleboats a rowboat canoe and an unbelievably ugly kayak. In winter the ice fishing is awesome and we like to cross-country ski on the lake. The apartment is equidistant to Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint and less than 15 minutes to Farragut a 4000-acre state park on Lake Pend Oreille with over 400 miles of hiking biking and horse trails. Approximately 10 minutes to Athol Idaho less than 20 minutes to Hayden less than 30 minutes to I-90 in Coeur d'Alene and less than 30 minutes to Sandpoint. No smoking in home please. The rent is $550 per month including utilities. Nice place to ruminate. Studio is a monthly rental and I request thirty days notice. If you wish to stay less than four months the rent is $650/month and the difference will be taken out of the deposit.
