The kitchen is bigger than noted on data sheet as it is "L" shaped. The metal roof is insulated. The lined, block chiney is lined and was cleaned out annually. There's a deer blind (6x8) on the property along with trails that wind through-out. The 40 +/- acres are primarily wooded with some mature hardwoods.
