County assessed home values for 2020 (566,000) and 2021 (637,000) are MISSING DATA - please correct it so the value readjusts and corrects it back from when it was already at $876, 000 mid July last month. Also, the house has a newer roof in 2018 - Lifetime Presidential Malarkey, new Granite counters, new Cedar Deck, Cedar front yard fences, new Cedar partial side and backyard fences, Fresh new Exterior paint, and is still currently being updated even more. I will update upon completion.
