The basement has its own private entrance via a flight of rock stairs. I'll occasionally need access to the basement for the storage and laundry room, but I'll always give you a heads-up beforehand and will just pass through. I'm a clean, communicative, and easy-to-live-with person who values a comfortable and peaceful home. I will be living upstairs full-time. Additional Notes: *Like most homes in Palmer Lake, this one is near train tracks, so trains pass regularly. *The rock stairs leading to your entrance are uneven (shown in the pictures). *Bedrooms are cozy, not huge (9.5x10.5 and 10.5x11). *There is no full kitchen included. The kitchenette is small, and the only sink available is in the bathroom. If this feels like the right fit for you, I'd love to hear from you! This is a month-to-month lease with a 60-day notice required before moving out. Utilities including Wi-Fi, water, sewer, trash, gas, and electric are a flat $200/month. A $1,400 security deposit is due at signing and will be fully refunded if the property is left in pristine condition. Pets are welcome with an additional $75 per pet, per month. Please note there is no fenced yard, and all pet waste must be promptly removed. No smoking allowed on the property. First month's rent and the deposit are due at time of signing.
