Private room in San Rafael, CA. The room may or may not have a private bathroom and shared (recently renovated) kitchen. The area is luxurious and detached from town noises; it is close to the ferry (SF, Sausalito) in a quiet, safe, and established neighborhood. Minimum of 3 month lease. Generally longer-term leases will receive better rates. No smoking, pet free. $35 per month for trash collection, all other utilities included. You must be respectful always and quiet during quiet hours. No excessive noises or disturbances. Overnight guests are allowed but only after paying a $35 fee per night (I am more than happy to discuss this last point).
