This is a 6-month lease, from August 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023. There's a bit of wiggle room on start/end dates that we can discuss, if needed. The large enclosed porch easily accommodates 6-8 guests and can be opened to enjoy warm, summer days and is a perfect spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or casual meals. The bright, spacious lower level includes 2 bedrooms (one with a triple bunk!), office, full bathroom, 2nd laundry room, 2nd kitchen, family room, sauna and a cozy wood stove. Property immediately borders Roosevelt National Forest's 800,000+ wooded acres, and is 20 minutes to Eldora Ski Resort and the quaint town of Nederland. Boulder and Golden are 30-40 minutes; DIA is less than an hour drive. Come on up and live the Rocky Mountain Lifestyle! We'll pay all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, as well as internet and snow removal. We want everything to be as easy as possible! Trash/recycling service is the responsibility of the tenant. It can be taken to the nearby Nederland Transfer Center for free recycling and very inexpensive trash disposal. We aren't currently allowing pets, though we may consider up to one non-shedding small/medium dog. (Sorry, we love animals but fight allergies.) Though the public roads are well-maintained and our driveway is fairly level, 4WD/AWD vehicle(s) is/are strongly recommended for winter months. Please, no tobacco smoking indoors.
