There is a wonderful backyard with a huge vegetable garden, lots of fruit trees (front and back yards) there is a sauna and outdoor shower, the ducks and chickens lay eggs and bees make honey and we love to share- I hope to find people who want to keep up the garden- this is a huge plus. A little about us- we are a couple of outdoor types, yoga, meditation, good vibe having, down to earth being, people who love animals and nature. There is no onsite laundry but a laundromat about 5-6 blocks away. Garbage, water and sewage included in rent Renter pays PG&E and Comcast The unit has an electric radiator for heat.
