In 1973 we added a 32'x16' heated in ground pool with a pool-sweep, a24'x20' redwood deck, fully fenced and landscaped the front and back yard, and had a timer controlled full sprinkler system (now 1/2 drip) installed. The a/c and additional return vents were installed about1997. A new larger condenser installed in 2011. Some rooms and some parts of the out side of the house were re painted in 2013. In 1999 I took out a building permit to build a 16'&10' shop in the back yard & use the Court drive way for access. It's finished.
