Within a three block walk you will find a terrific food co-op, the "Creekside Food Cooperative", which is a super market with standard fare along with lots of imported foods from many lands. Great schools close by. The Septa train is three blocks away as is several small shops, the library, and a number of outdoor activities. There is a large rear yard which can be seen in the picture of the outside deck, which you are welcome to use.
