This is a small cozy two-bedroom apartment on the second floor above a convenience store. The apartment is well kept and maintained. The apartment comes with central heat and AC, as well as a small washer and dryer. This is an ideal apartment for a student or a couple without any kids or pets. Renter is responsible for all the utilities, including the gas, electricity and water. To qualify, you must meet the following FOUR criteria: 1. A FICO score of at least 650 2. No prior evictions or Failure to Pay Rent 3. No prior criminal record 4. An income of at least three times the monthly income. If you do not meet the above criteria, you may still rent from us. In such case, the first month's rent would be $2000 with $2000 in security deposit. After one year of on-time rent payments, you will receive two months of free rent.
