Water, sewer and electric are included. Stove runs on propane, which tenant would need to refill regularly. Microwave, air conditioning etc are all electric. The camper has been remodeled and is nice & clean. Outdoor smoking only, but there is an entire fenced yard. Parking is on street because there is a curb. If you have a truck and want to park in the yard, that is fine.
First month rent and $500 security needed at lease signing.
