The current roommates are 2 females and a male, all in our 20's. 2 are working professionals and one is in grad school! We are looking for a young professional or student. The location is amazing, the house is right off of 14th st, located between S and R, near Mexicue, Barcelona, Sephora, etc. Feel free to email me if you are interested! Renter will sign a year lease. Utilities cost around $85-100. No pets or smokers, there is always a ton of street parking.
