Tenant will be responsible for utilities. There is an Airbnb cottage on the property and my artist studio. Both are completely seperate from the house property for rent. I will be frequently on the property using my studio as well as managing and maintaining the Airbnb property. Electric utilites will be split to account for Airbnb and studio use.
